　これは山梨県の市川三郷で撮ったもので、ここでは例年ですと約２万発の花火が打ち上げられます。手振れを避けるために三脚とレリーズを使ってバルブモードにして撮るのが一番効果的です。

日本の夏

　毎年夏になると日本中で花火大会が開催されますが、これは茨城県の常総で撮影した写真です。ここでは毎年約１万発の花火が打ち上げられるそうですが、花火を写すには三脚とレリーズは欠かせません。

A large number of fireworks displays are held throughout Japan every summer. This is a photo taken at Joso in Ibaraki Prefecture. It is said that approximately 10,000 fireworks are launched here every year. In order to properly capture fireworks, a tripod and a remote shutter release are essential.

太平洋の白鳥

　この船の名前は帆船日本丸で、航海練習帆船として1930年に建造され、1984年に退役して、横浜みなとみらい地区に展示されていますが、今にも動き出しそうです。

The name of this ship is the Sail Training Ship Nippon Maru, which was built in 1930 as a training ship for cadets. After her retirement in 1984, the ship has been exhibited in Minato Mirai, Yokohama, but it looks as if she were about to start on a voyage.

高原

　これは長野県の「富士見高原リゾート　花の里」で撮ったものです。白樺のおかげでユリが引き立ちます。このあたりは標高が1,200メートルから1,400メートルの所にあるので、特に早朝や夕方は比較的涼しいです。ここではアジサイ・百日草・ヘメロカリスなど様々な花も見られます。

This is a photo taken at a mountain resort called Fujimi-Kogen Resort Hananosato in Nagano. The lilies make a beautiful contrast with the white birches. Since it is located between 1,200 and 1,400 meters above sea level, it is relatively cool, especially early in the morning and in the evening. You cas see various flowers as well here, such as hydrangeas, common zinnias, hemerocallisis, and so forth.

数秒間

　７月と８月にはほぼ毎週末あちらこちらで様々な花火が見られます。花火の光跡をとらえるには数秒間の露光時間が必要なので三脚とレリーズは絶対に欠かせません。

　夏は花火を見たり撮ったりできる季節ですね。花火の光跡をとらえるには数秒間の露光が必要なので、花火の撮影には三脚は欠かせません。三脚を使ってもシャッターを押す手で少し手振れを起こすこともあるので、レリーズも必要になります。花火は良い被写体となります。
