逆光 [写真]
皆さんはこの秋にどこか紅葉を見に行きましたか。11月下旬でもあちらこちらで紅葉が様々な色を見せてくれています。この写真は先月日光の中禅寺湖近辺で逆光で撮ったものです。

Did you go somewhere for leaf peeking this autumn? Autumnal foliage is beautiful with many different colors here and there even toward the end of November. This is a photo taken against the light near Lake Chuzenji in Nikko last month.
秋の装い [写真]
既に１１月下旬で高い山では紅葉は終わってしまいましたが、低地では多くの場所で見頃を迎えています。昨日は水戸にある「もみじ谷」を訪ねてみました。そこは紅葉で知られていてとても綺麗で、写真を撮ろうと多くの人が訪れていました。

It is already late in November and the autumn leaves were over on high peaks, but they are at their best in many low-lying areas. Yesterday I visited a place called Momiji-dani in Mito. It is well-known for its autumn leaves, and they were extremely beautiful. A large number of people were there with a camera trying to capture beautiful images of autumn foliage.
霊峰 [写真]
この写真は長野県にある高ボッチ高原で撮ったもので、10月27日の朝５時半の頃には朝焼けで赤みを帯びていて諏訪湖は雲海に覆われ、富士山は息をのむほどの美しさでした。

This is a photo taken at Takabocchi Highlands located in Nagano. Mt. Fuji had a reddish hue at dawn and Lake Suwa was covered with a sea of clouds around five thirty in the morning on October 27. Mt. Fuji looked breathtakingly beautiful.
優しさ [写真]
この写真は11月２日に「ひたち海浜公園」で撮ったもので、背景の煩雑さを避けるためにマクロレンズを使って撮ったものです。夕霧と呼ばれているこのバラの右側に白いレフを置くと、影になっているところに僅かですが光が反射しました。

This image is shot with a macro lens to avoid distracting elements of the background at Hitachi Seaside Park on November 2. I placed a white reflector to the right side of this rose called Yugiri, which reflected some light into the shady side.
しとやか [写真]
背景が煩雑すぎたので、カメラのアングルを変えて松の木の日陰を利用してこの写真を撮ってみました。日差しが強すぎたのでバラの上の方に半透明なレフをかざすと光が柔らかなになり拡散しました。このバラはエレガント・レディーと呼ばれ、ピンクのバラは幸せや優しさ或いは優雅さを連想すると言われているそうです。

As the background was too busy, by changing the camera angle I used the shade of pine trees to take this photo. The sun light was too harsh, so I placed a semitransparent reflector over the rose, and lighting turned soft and diffused. This rose is called Elegant Lady. I hear that pink roses are associated with happiness, gentleness and gracefulness.
