待望 [写真]
これは去年の春にマクロレンズで撮影したもので、強い風の影響を避けるために感度を640にして1/8000秒で撮りました。春が近づいてくるにつれて誰もが満開の桜を楽しみにしていますが、桜が咲くのももうすぐですね。

This is a photo shot with a macro lens last spring. I shot this picture at 1/8000 seconds with an ISO of 640 to avoid the effect of a strong wind. As spring rolls around, everyone is looking forward to seeing the cherry blossoms in full bloom. It will not be long before the cherry blossoms come out.
月明かりで [写真]
これは１月１日の真夜中少し過ぎに静岡県と神奈川県の境にある乙女峠で撮ったものです。大変な寒さで路面は凍結していたのですが、月明かりで見事な富士山が見られました。感度を1000にしてシャッター速度は13秒で撮ってみました。

This is a picture taken at a place called Otome-toge between Shizuoka and Kanagawa Prefectures a little past midnight on January 1 when it was extremely cold and the roads were icy, but I feasted my eyes on the gorgeous view of Mt. Fuji in the moonlight. I shot this picture at 13 seconds with an ISO of 1000.
春の隣 [写真]
相変わらずまだ寒いですが、桜の季節はもうすぐですね。これは笠間の愛宕山で芝生を背景にして去年撮ったものですが、ここには20種類以上、約2,000本の桜があり、桜を見るお気に入りのスポットとなっています。

It is still as cold as ever but the cherry blossom season is just around the corner. This is a picture taken against the lawn last year at Mt. Atago in Kasama where there are approximately 2,000 cherry trees in over 20 varieties and it is one of my favorite spots for cherry blossom viewing.
春の訪れ [写真]
水戸の偕楽園には梅の木が沢山ある事でよく知られていて、約3,000本、100種類以上があるといわれています。桜があると他の綺麗な花が目立たなくなりがちですが、２月から３月にかけて咲く梅も綺麗で春の到来を連想させてくれます。この公園で青空を背景にして梅の花を撮ってみました。

Kairakuen Park in Mito is well-known for having an abundance of plum trees. It is said the park offers about 3,000 plum trees in over 100 varieties. Cherry blossoms tend to overshadow other stunning flowers, but the plum blossom which comes out between February and March is also beautiful and is associated with the start of spring. This is a plum blossom photo taken in the park against the blue sky.
水鏡 [写真]
これは「ふもとっぱら」と呼ばれているところで撮ったものです。ふもとっぱらは静岡県富士宮の北西部にあり、標高が830メートルで、日本をもっとも象徴する富士山を見るには、うってつけの場所となっています。

This is a photo taken at a place called Fumotoppara. It is located in the northern part of Fujinomiya, Shizuoka Prefecture, 830 meters above sea level and one of the best spots to see Mt. Fuji, Japan's most iconic mountain.
